Real estate agents and home service contractors can claim ZIP codes on AZHomework. The price of each ZIP is shown on its card. Pick as many as you want, they are all billed in one checkout, and you can cancel anytime.
AZHomework's focus is single-family homeowners: giving them a record of their home and the people to call when something needs work. Sponsoring a ZIP puts you in front of that owner, not an apartment resident or a landlord's leasing office.

One flat monthly price

Pay a flat price for the ZIP, however many requests come in. Cancel any time and the card comes down.

Real estate agents
  • ZIP stats, from county records: median sale price, price per square foot, homes sold in the last 12 months and the share of the ZIP that changed hands.
  • Your card on every home page in the ZIP, in front of the owner while they look at their own home.
  • A prospecting list and a branded ZIP card to use in your own marketing.
Contractors
  • Requests that arrive ready to quote: an email, and a text if you opt in, with the home (year built, size, roof, cooling, heating, water heater, permit history), the homeowner's details and a map.
  • One sponsor per trade in each ZIP, first in the “Get it done” list on every home page there.
  • Your own business page with photos, reviews and an appointment form, plus homes with aging HVAC and plumbing.
Mortgage lenders
  • ZIP stats, from county records, the same dashboard agents use.
  • Rate and timing signals: an estimated rate range on every home from market rates when it last sold, and which homes bought at 6%+ or under 4%.
