AZHomework is a home-record service, primarily so Arizona homeowners have a documented record of their home to rely on when they buy or sell. As a secondary service, AZHomework also helps homeowners connect with local contractors for repairs and upgrades, and with real estate agents when they're ready to sell.
If you use "Get it done" to request quotes, you are asking AZHomework to share that request (the items you picked, your name, email, phone if you give one, and your home's address) with the contractor or agent who sponsors that ZIP code for the relevant trade, so they can follow up with you. By submitting a request, you authorize us to do this on your behalf. AZHomework is not a party to any work you agree to, is not a contractor, and does not guarantee any contractor's pricing, availability, licensing, or quality of work. Any agreement for services is between you and the contractor you choose to work with.
Real estate agents, and contractors who sponsor a roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or pool ZIP code, give us a license number when they sign up. After we confirm the number is on the state's public record, it appears on their card and links to that record, so you can look it up yourself. It is a pointer to a public record, not an endorsement, and we don't guarantee any license, its current status, or the work. Check the license before you hire anyone.
Claiming a home requires that we can reasonably verify you against the county's owner-of-record data. What you add to a claimed home's record should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Other visitors, including a future owner, may see it.
We build each home's base record from county and market data and try to keep it current, but it may be incomplete or out of date. It is not an appraisal, an inspection, or a substitute for your own diligence. Verify anything important before relying on it.

These Terms govern your use of AZHomework (azhomework.com), a service of Panda Power L.L.C. ("AZHomework", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
AZHomework provides Arizona homeowners with a record for their home, built from county assessor records (Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal) and, where available, licensed real estate market data, which homeowners may claim and update. As a secondary service, AZHomework helps homeowners connect with contractors and real estate agents for repairs, upgrades, and sales identified through the site.
When you submit a quote request through "Get it done" (on a home page, the /quote/ page, or your /manage/ dashboard), you authorize AZHomework to share that request (the items selected, your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your home's address) with the contractor or agent who sponsors your ZIP code for the relevant trade, so they may contact you about it. AZHomework does not charge homeowners for this matching and does not control, supervise, or guarantee the work of any contractor or agent. You are solely responsible for vetting and contracting with any contractor or agent you choose to work with.
Real estate agents, and contractors who sponsor a ZIP code for a trade that requires an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license (currently roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pool), provide a license number at sign-up. AZHomework displays a number, with a link to the issuing agency's public record, only after confirming that the number appears in that record. Displaying a license number is not a representation that the license is currently valid or covers the work you need, that the sponsor is qualified, or that AZHomework endorses them. License status can change at any time. You are solely responsible for confirming a contractor's or agent's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or the Arizona Department of Real Estate before hiring them.
The monthly rate of a sponsorship depends on the size of the ZIP code, as shown at checkout. Sponsorships started before the launch pricing end date shown at checkout are discounted through that date, and a coupon code entered at checkout can lower the rate for an introductory period in its place. When the discounted period ends, the sponsorship continues at the standard monthly rate until it is canceled. You can cancel at any time under Manage billing in your dashboard. AZHomework may limit, change or end a promotional offer at any time, but doing so does not change the rate on a subscription that has already started.
By checking the SMS consent box at /advertise/, or by otherwise giving us your consent, you agree to receive automated text message notifications from AZHomework about new leads from the ZIP code(s) you sponsor, at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies and is not fixed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message, any time, to opt out. You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@azhomework.com.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of sponsoring a ZIP code or using any other AZHomework service. You represent that you own or are an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, with authority to give this consent. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AZHomework may suspend or discontinue the SMS program, or your participation in it, at any time.
You must be the owner (or an authorized representative of the owner) of a home to claim it. We verify claims against the county's owner-of-record data on a best-effort basis; a false claim does not remove or alter the home's existing seeded record, and we may reverse a claim we believe was made in error or bad faith. Content you add to a claimed home's record should be accurate; you are responsible for what you add.
The site and the records on it are provided "as is." We do not warrant that any record is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the site is an appraisal, a professional inspection, legal advice, or a guarantee of a home's condition or value; a CMA/valuation prepared through the site is an estimate for the requesting homeowner, not an appraisal, and does not create a listing agreement or any obligation.
To the extent permitted by law, AZHomework is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on a record, or your dealings with any contractor matched through the site.
We may update these Terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
