A home's upgrade and maintenance history is part of its record, but we only show it once you sign in. It is not visible to an anonymous visitor.
If you request quotes or start a claim, we collect your name, email, and (optionally) phone number, plus whatever honey-do items you picked. If you claim your home, we ask for your name and mailing address to check against the county's owner-of-record data. That check happens on our server and we do not store the name/address you typed in for that check, only whether it matched.
Once you've claimed a home, anything you add to its record (repairs, upgrades, dates, cost, vendor, photos) is stored under your account and becomes part of that home's record, visible the same way the rest of the record is visible on this site. That's the point of the record: it's meant to be seen by whoever looks up the home, including a future owner. Photos you upload stay private until you choose to feature one; only featured photos are public.
We do not sell your information. Your name and contact info are used to respond to your request. If you ask for quotes, we send your request (the projects you picked, your name, email, phone if you give one, and your home's address) to the contractor who sponsors your ZIP code for that trade, so they can follow up with you. That's everything they receive.
If you request an appointment from a business's page, we send that business your name, email, phone (if you give one), the property address (if you give one), the date and time you asked for, and your note. We email you a confirmation with a calendar file. We do not text you, and we send it only to the business you chose.
A few outside services help us run the site and process data on our behalf, but none of them are allowed to sell or reuse your information for their own purposes. The full list is in the formal policy below, if you want it.
If you sponsor a ZIP code as a contractor or real estate agent, you can opt in to get a text when a new lead comes in from that ZIP code. It's optional, never required to sponsor a ZIP, and never used for marketing. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. Homeowners never receive texts from AZHomework.

This policy covers AZHomework (azhomework.com), a service of Panda Power L.L.C., and explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and who, if anyone, we share it with.
Information you provide. If you search for your home, request quotes, or claim a home, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, along with the honey-do items or repair details you enter. If you claim a home, we also ask for your name and mailing address so we can verify you against the county's owner-of-record data; that check runs server-side, and the name/address you typed for the check itself is not stored, only the match result. Repair history and photos you add to a claimed home's record are stored under your account.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand overall site usage: pages viewed, general device/browser information, and which features get used (e.g. requesting quotes, claiming a home). This is aggregate usage data, not used to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not run retargeting or remarketing ads. Separately, we also record basic page-view events (page viewed, timestamp, and a device/session identifier) in our own database, so we can understand which parts of the site get used; this is in addition to Google Analytics, and is likewise not used to build an advertising profile of you.
To respond to quote requests and claims, to verify home ownership, to keep your home's record accurate and current, to match quote requests with the contractor who sponsors your ZIP code when you ask for one, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you.
If you sponsor a ZIP code as a contractor or real estate agent, you may choose to receive text message (SMS) notifications about new leads from the ZIP code(s) you sponsor.
How you opt in. By checking the SMS consent box when you sign up to sponsor a ZIP code, or by giving us explicit verbal or written consent that we record on your account.
What we send. Automated notifications about new leads in your sponsored ZIP code(s) only, never marketing texts, never anything outside this program.
Message frequency varies based on how many leads come through the ZIP code(s) you sponsor. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message, any time. You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@azhomework.com.
Not a condition. Consent to receive SMS is never required to sponsor a ZIP code or use any other part of AZHomework.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Twilio, our messaging provider, acts only on our behalf. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This program applies only to contractors and agents who sponsor a ZIP code. Homeowners never receive marketing or lead-notification texts from AZHomework.
Information you ask us to share. If you request quotes, the projects you selected, your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), and your home's address are shared with the contractor who sponsors your ZIP code for that trade, so they can follow up. If you use the "Talk to a local agent" form, the same details go to the agent who sponsors your ZIP code. We include public details about your home (size, age, systems) to help them size the job.
Appointment requests. If you request an appointment from a business's page on this site, your name, email address, phone number and property address (if you give them), the date and time of day you chose, and your message are sent to that business by email, and by text message to the business owner if they have agreed to receive texts. You receive a confirmation email with a calendar file. The request is stored so that we can resend it or help if something goes wrong. We never send marketing text messages to the person making the request.
Service providers. Supabase (database and account hosting), Resend (relays new-lead email notifications), Web3Forms (a form-relay service: when you submit a quote request, error report, contact message, claim request, or "already did this" report, it forwards a copy of the details you entered (your name, email, phone if you gave one, the home, and any items you picked) to us by email), Twilio (SMS delivery for contractors/agents who opt in, see above), and Google Analytics (usage analytics) process data on our behalf, solely to provide those services, and are not permitted to sell or reuse it for their own purposes.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AZHomework, our users, or the public.
Public and de-identified data. A claimed home's repair/upgrade history and any featured photos are, by design, part of that home's record, visible to anyone who looks up the home, the same way the rest of its record (systems, prior sale price, assessor details) already is on this site. We may also share aggregate, de-identified statistics (e.g. neighborhood renovation counts) without restriction.
The site is served over HTTPS, and account access uses passwordless email sign-in rather than stored passwords. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish site visitors and measure usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's own browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
AZHomework is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
You can review, correct, or delete anything you've personally added to your home's record anytime from your dashboard. For anything else (including deleting your account or a request submitted before you claimed a home), contact us and we'll take care of it.
